Account Services Manager

Jennifer has joined Q-Insights and field by design as Manager, Account Services where she is in charge of Business Development and Account Management for both Divisions.

Jennifer began her Market Research career as a National Account Manager for Thomas Dunker & Associates, Inc. She was instrumental in developing TDA Research Group, where she has been a Partner & Director of Business Development for the last seven years.

With a background in full-service research and data collection, Jen offers the ability to successfully identify clients’ marketing research needs and offers value-added solutions. She is experienced in diverse quantitative and qualitative research methodologies including phone, intercept, online, focus groups, and individual interviews.



Venessa Aguirre
Senior Project Manager - Field Division

Venessa has been with Qualitative Insights since 2001. Her previous market research experience includes 6 years with Diagnostic Research in the field department and 4 years with ASI Entertainment. Her background, attention to detail and by-the-book mentality made her the perfect choice to head the field department. She has successfully managed difficult field projects with multiple sites and locations both in the US and Europe. She has become an invaluable asset to Qualitative Insights team.
